Fresh fruit, freshly prepared fruit salad, yoghurt, various mueslis, as well as an alternating choice of cold meats and cheese complete our buffet.
Walter Aichner, the owner of our hotel takes personal care of your physical well-being. He is a dedicated chef and attaches the greatest importance to fresh and high quality products. Every evening you can expect a varied 4-course menu with a salad buffet. He combines traditional South Tyrolean dishes with light creations from the Mediterranean cuisine.
