- All rates are per person and day and are valid for a minimum stay of 4 days
- In case of early departure we reserve the right to charge 3 nights (acc. to international hotel regulations).
- A deposit of Euro 200.- per room is required for your booking. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to the bank account below.
- Reduction for bed & breakfast (if half board was booked): Euro 10.00 per person and day
- Children's reduction in the parent's room: up to 5 years: 10.00 Euro per day; from 5 to 12 years: 50%; from 12 years: 25%
- Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 3 p.m. We request, that the rooms be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Dogs and other pets: Please inform us in due time (at the point of booking at the latest) if you want to bring your pet.
- We charge Euro 4.00 per day without food (please bring your own blanket or basket etc.).
- Animals have no access to the dining room. Thank you for your understanding.
- We accept payment by credit card (EC, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) In order to avoid unnecessary bank charges we recommend paying in cash or by bank cheque.
