Warm and unstable air masses continue to dictate the weather.
The weather:
During the morning, sunshine and clouds will alternate, with a slight chance of isolated thundery showers. In the afternoon, the likelihood of thunderstorms will increase.
Tuesday will bring a mix of sun and clouds, with some thunderstorms developing in the second half of the day. On Wednesday, a cold front will bring increasingly unsettled conditions. As the day progresses, widespread thundery showers will develop, followed by strengthening northerly foehn winds in many areas. Temperatures will drop. Thursday will be mostly sunny, with foehn conditions persisting, especially in the north. Friday will continue with plenty of sunshine.
